How do I Install the Video?
We can install it on your site for a modest fee ($50) or we can provide you with a download package with instructions for you to install the video yourself!

When do I get my video?
We offer the fastest turnaround time on the internet with a speedy delivery time of only 8 business days. Most videos do not take that long, but we guarantee the video will not take longer than 8 business days after we have received the script and video details from you.

Can I add logos or graphics to my videos?
YES! Click here to contact us for custom work. Our Models can also wear your uniform.

Do I own the Video and can I use it on multiple websites?
YES! You are given the source video file and you have our permission to use it however you like and on as many websites as you like. You own 100% of the rights to the video.

How much does it all cost?

How many words fit into a 15, 30, and/or 60 second script?
15 Seconds = 45 Words
30 Seconds = 90 Words
60 Seconds = 180 Words
Extra Words cost $2/word

Do you Brand your videos with your logo "Superb Media Marketing" or "SMM" or any other type of brand logo?
Yes our player has a small brand on the player!

Do I need to write my own script?
NO. We have a staff of script writers who can turn your message into a masterpiece. Just give us a few bullet points to work with and we will take it from there. Although, no one knows your business better than you, so the more input we can get from you, the better! If you would like us to write the script for you from scratch we charge $45 per 30 second script.

What if I want to be my own Video Model?
No problem. We will help put you in touch with a local green screen studio in your area so that you can get in front of the camera!

How to write a Script?

The best scripts are written with a warm welcome finished with a call-to-action statement. For example, let's say I own an online shoe store, a good introduction might be, "Welcome to Bob's online shoe store where we always put the customer #1". A good finishing call-to-action statement might be, "Don't forget to fill out the quick form found at the top of the page to receive specials from time-to-time" or "Click the order now button to get yours now". The body of the script should include a concise and clear description of what it is exactly that you are offering. Scripts written with light humor or that can engage the on looker tend to capture the visitors attention better.

 

Installation Instructions

We will happily install your Live Video Model on your website absolutely FREE of charge and will do so the very same day we deliver the video to you. If for any reason you would like to install the video yourself, we will happily send you the source files so that you can install it yourself.

Below are the instructions and folder that you will receive with your video if you choose to install the video yourself. It is a very easy process and should take you less than 5 minutes! You own the rights to the video and will be given the source files so that you can use the video(s) on any and all future websites and promotional projects.

Page Positioning

There are 5 page positioning options. We can install it top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right, or a custom position that you might have in mind. The amazing part of our page positioning technology is that the Live Video Model will stay visible and in the same position on the screen as the visitor scrolls around the page getting more familiar with your website!

What is a Cookie?

A cookie is a method of saving information from a website to a persons computer so that they may be remembered at a later date. There are a number of reasons why this can be important to a website owner.

How Can a Cookie help me with my Video?

When a website visitor visits your website for the first time they will be greeted with your video in full; however, if the same visitor comes back to your website the video will appear much smaller, muted, and displayed with a play button to offer your visitor the choice to watch the video again. This technology of remembering a visitors computer is accomplished by using cookies. Our research shows us that visitors don't like to be bothered with the same video presentation over and over again, they prefer to have the choice to opt-in or not.

Video Compatibility

Our videos are cross browser friendly and should work on all browsers. We use flash for our playback controller and for the video itself. One of the limitations of flash is that when the video is hovered over an area on the page with links, the links willn't work in the area where the flash video overlays. However, we have a fix for this in one of our players that we call the "Smart Player" where the player will acutally extract itself from the page once the video has completely played, we are the only company who offers this type of "Smart Player". The links and flash player issue is a known issue with flash and every website that offers Live Video Model services will tell you the same thing and they all use flash. The good element of flash is that it can be streamed so that the user can start to watch the beginning of the video while the rest is loading, this is what has made websites like YouTube so user friendly.
